研究方向:表观遗传修饰调控植物高温响应的机理

全球气候变暖和极端高温天气频繁出现严重影响植物的生长发育以及农作物的产量和品质。高温已成为威胁世界粮食安全的主要环境因素之一。提高植物耐热性是植物适应频繁高温胁迫的根本途径。表观遗传修饰是植物适应环境信号维持生存的重要策略。组蛋白修饰是调控基因转录的重要表观遗传修饰方式。课题组近几年研究方向主要集中在表观遗传组蛋白修饰调控植物高温响应机制。
