科研成果:
在长期的进化过程中,植物形成了一套对外界不良环境条件的抵抗机制,即通过对胁迫信号的识别和级联放大诱导相关抗逆基因的表达。
本课题组主要以模式植物拟南芥和小麦为材料,以植物细胞信号传导通路中的核心组分Ca2+和一氧化氮(nitric oxide, NO)为主要研究对象,期望通过对它们信号调控机制的研究深入地认识植物抗逆性(主要是盐和热胁迫)的本质,为最终解决农业生产中的实际问题提供理论依据;进而分离克隆调控产量、品质、抗逆和养分水分高效吸收利用等重要农艺性状的相关功能基因和调控因子,剖析植物重要农艺性状形成的遗传调控机制,达到提高农作物的生物产量和经济价值的目的。

毕业研究生主要在科研院所和高等院校(中科院遗传所、山东大学、河北省农科院、河北美术学院、邯郸学院等)从事教学和科研工作;或者在中学(石家庄市实验中学、石家庄外国语学校、石家庄市九中、石家庄精英中学等)从事教学工作。
指导大学生课外科技创新课题3次。
目前指导博士研究生3名,硕士研究生7名。
