以蜜蜂和熊蜂为模式动物,探究肠道微生物与宿主的相互作用及肠脑轴作用机制,主要致力于传粉昆虫的保护与利用。同时关注寄生虫、微生物与宿主的相互关系,利用宏基因组学、代谢组学等手段理解三者相互适应的机制。
